"If you want to be a fiction writer, read fiction every day; write fiction every day; and after ten years you might produce something worth publishing."
--Darrell Spencer (American novelist and short-story writer)
I swear it's been longer than that :) Good for you to keep going! I've taken a 2 year break so I'm way behind you now. And I kind of like not having the stress of editing and writing. But sometimes I miss it like CRAZY and I'll think up a new story, or a way to improve my old one. So who knows...
speaking of reading fiction, noah is getting sooo good at reading. he basically went from reading super duper easy books to reading a 4th grade 100 page book over spring break. crazy! he just was really interested in the book, chose it himself and just worked his way through the thing. so it looks like soon he will be able to read YOUR book! so keep on writing... :-)

Just keep going, right? That's what I tell myself every day.
